Thank you for joining us for this year's NASPO Exchange. Please read the registration type descriptions below to ensure you select the correct registration type. All communication for this conference will be based on the information provided during registration. If you are unsure of which category you should be registering for, please contact the NASPO Conferences and Events Team.
All registration rates listed below are per person. No group discounts are available.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
- Cancellations received by March 3, 2023, will be refunded the full registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations between March 4, 2023, through March 13, 2023, will receive a 25% refund.
- There are no refunds after March 14, 2023; however, substitutions are accepted until Thursday, March 30 at 11:59 pm MST.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to registrations@naspo.org. Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file and will take one to two weeks. Registration payments made by check will be refunded via check to the original payee and will take two to three weeks.

Payment Information
Conference registrations received for individuals with outstanding payments for publications, prior meetings, or any other NASPO-related programs or services will not be processed until all outstanding items have been paid in full. Should payment not be received prior to the start of the conference, no registration, credentials and materials will be provided. No exceptions to this policy will be made.
