Thank you for joining us for this year's NASPO Exchange. Please read the registration type descriptions below to ensure you select the correct registration type. All communication for this conference will be based on the information provided during registration. If you are unsure of your registration type, please contact the NASPO Conferences and Events Team.

All registration rates listed below are per person. No group discounts are available.

Priority registration will open for NASPO ValuePoint Contract holders on November 15, 2023. Registration will open for all additional registration types listed below on November 27, 2023.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: February 6th, 2024

We expect Exchange to sell out; therefore, we cannot accept late registrations.

 Cancellation and Substitution Policy

  • Cancellations received by Feb 5, 2024, will be refunded the full registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations between Feb 5, 2024, through Feb 9, 2024, will receive a 25% refund.
  • There are no refunds after Feb 9, 2024; however, substitutions are accepted until Thursday, Feb 29 at 11:59 pm CT.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00pm Central Time on Tuesday, February 5th, 2024 to receive a refund less a $50 USD registration cancellation processing fee. 
  • All cancellation requests must be emailed to registrations@naspo.org. Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card on file and will take one to two weeks.

Substitution Policy:

  • Replacement of a registered supplier or small business attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $75 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 pm Central Time Thursday, February 29, 2024. After Thursday February 29, 2024 no substitutions will be accepted.
