Substitution and Cancellation Policy
SUBSTITUTIONS
- By September 27, 2024: A $75 processing fee will apply for all substitutions made by September 27, 2024.
- After September 27, 2024: Substitutions will no longer be accepted after September 27, 2024.
CANCELLATIONS
- September 26, 2024: Cancellations received by September 26, 2024, will be refunded the full registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee.
- September 27 - 30, 2024: Cancellations received between September 27 and 30, 2024, will receive a 25% refund.
- September 30, 2024: Refunds will not be issued after September 30, 2024.
- How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be emailed to NASPO's Conferences and Events team.
- Refund: Registration will be refunded to the original credit card on file and will take one to two weeks.
