Flight Information:
Arrival: The main arrival date is Tuesday, April 29. Before the program begins at 6:30pm ET.
• Exception: If you are participating in the Workshop: at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 29, you may select Monday, April 28 as your arrival date.
Departure: The main departure date is Thursday, May 1, after the program ends at 3:00 PM.
• Exception: You may select Friday, May 2, as your departure date if you are traveling a distance that requires an additional night's stay.

The Marriott Providence Downtown hotel is conveniently located 10.4-miles from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD).
Additional Ground Transportation Options:
Uber/Lyft: Arriving passengers may only be picked up in the area designated for Ride-Share/TNCs. The designated pick-up area is located on the outer arrivals roadway, which is located directly outside the lower level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal. Average cost from the Hotel to the airport is $30.
Taxi Service: Taxis are available in the “Primary Taxi Pick-Up” location outside the Lower Level Arrivals/Baggage Claim area of the terminal. Please follow the signage to this location.
