About the Conference
The 2025 NASPO State Procurement Law Institute is an opportunity to further your knowledge of legal issues involved in procurement and to foster a community of interest among those government attorneys representing NASPO’s membership.
Institute Goals:
Develop a program that educates attorneys supporting state government procurement on legal issues impacting state central procurement.
Equip attorneys to collaborate with state central procurement leaders in support of positive contract outcomes for the state.
Provide an in-person platform for interstate exchange of information among attorneys working in support of central procurement offices.
Employ innovative formats and best practices in adult education in all aspects of the Institute agenda.

Participation
As part of NASPO membership, each state receives three fully funded registrations for the Law Institute:
- Two for state attorneys
- One for the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) or NASPO Primary Member
Please Note: If the CPO or Primary Member chooses not to attend, the state may instead use that spot to send one additional attorney.
If your state would like to send more than three participants, please select the “Waitlist” option during registration.
