This interactive workshop is designed for procurement managers who are ready to strengthen the core leadership skills that turn strategy into day-to-day execution. Participants will explore the practical realities of leading in a public sector environment—balancing accountability, performance, and people—while building the confidence to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Through real-world scenarios, guided discussion, and hands-on application, attendees will sharpen their ability to lead ethically, communicate clearly, address conflict, and sustain themselves and their teams through change.
Participants will leave with practical tools, actionable strategies, and a clearer leadership mindset—equipped not just to manage the work, but to lead the people doing it.
