If your company is a registered small business as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration (13 CFR § 121), you may register and attend Exchange as a Small Business. We reserve the right to verify company status with the Small Business Administration.

Register early to ensure optimal booth selection. The table below compares available registration options. Your company must register as either a Standard or Premium Company before registering Additional Attendees at the reduced rate.

Important:

• Booth Purchase. Each company is limited to purchasing a maximum of two (2) booth spaces to ensure diverse exhibitor representation and maximize networking opportunities for all attendees. This guideline helps create a dynamic show floor with varied exhibitors and enhanced networking opportunities.
• Booth Capacity. For optimal comfort, we recommend no more than (3) people per Standard Company booth (10 'x 10'). Additional furniture, such as low or highboy tables and chairs, may be purchased through AGS, our event exhibitor company.
• Company Registration Required First. You must complete either Standard or Premium Company registration before adding Additional Attendees.
• Additional Attendees. Perfect for bringing extra team members who will share your booth space and receive all conference benefits except the physical booth setup.
• Primary Contact. The person who registers under the company registration will serve as the primary contact to coordinate booth setup, materials shipping, and other logistics with the exhibitor management company.
• Fair Access. To ensure equitable access, each supplier company may only schedule one meeting with each procurement organization.
• Exhibitor Service Kit. You'll receive an email from our general service contractor, AGS, with further booth information, including the Exhibitor Service Kit.
