Travel and Lodging - 2025 NASPO Exchange

If you are a supplier, small business, or other attendee who needs to book accommodations for the Exchange Conference, you have two hotel options available through our room block: Caesars Palace or the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel, which is located directly across the street. Please use the booking information provided below to secure your room at either property. Note that room availability is guaranteed only until Monday, February 3, 2025, or until our designated room block fills up, whichever comes first.

If you are an invited procurement professional or NASPO State Member, input your check-in and check-out dates during registration. Your room and tax will be billed to NASPO's Master Account. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in to cover incidentals (room service, movies, etc.) The authorization can take three to five business days to be released, depending on your bank. You will receive a "Know Before You Go" email with your hotel confirmation information 10 days before the event.

Arrival Date: Monday, March 3 (Check-In Time: 4:00 PM)
Departure Date: Thursday, March 6, after the event ends at 1:30 PM. You may select Friday, March 7, as your check-out date if you are traveling a distance that requires an additional night's stay. If you choose to arrive early or stay late due to personal reasons, you will be required to pay for any additional nights associated with your extended stay. (Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM)

The Caesars Palace Las Vegas hotel is located 3 miles from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the airport. Here are some ground transportation options for getting to the hotel from the airport:

Rideshare: Services like Lyft and Uber pick up and drop off passengers at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. In Terminal 1, the rideshare pickup area is Level 2 of the parking garage. In Terminal 3, it's the Valet Level of the parking garage. Estimated fares are $35-45 each way. More rideshare details can be found here.

Taxis: At Terminal 1, taxis are located outside baggage claim exit doors 1-4 on the east side. At Terminal 3, there is a taxi stand with 15 loading positions on Level Zero on the west end near exit door 52. Estimated fares are $35 each way. Additional transportation information is available here.
